We have a 30 day return policy on most items. Please contact us through your Auction. Please make sure your Invoice order # is included and the reason for the return. You will receive an email response usually within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the item. Please note we are a business open during the day CT on the weekdays M - F. We are closed on all weekends and all major holidays.

Auctions with the title defective: Sometimes we list items defective in the auction title. Those are items that people buy and fix to resell. We sell these items "AS IS" and they do not have a return policy. Some people make good money on these auctions but if you can't fix it you take the good with the bad.
