I received an unpaid item alert or a non-paying bidder strike on my account?

All items must be paid for within 7 days of the auction end time. If you do not pay, an unpaid item case will be opened. As soon as the item is paid, the case will automatically close. If the item is not paid, a strike will be issued against your account. Please contact eBay directly with any questions on their Unpaid Item process.
